MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Customer Service Specialist II, the work youll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a Federal grantmaking agency. You will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's grants management systems, providing technical assistance to agency staff, contractors, grant applicants and awardees.
Support users with technical issues and questions
Collaborate with IT team to research problems and recommend changes to the user interface and underlying workflows to better serve key stakeholders

Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: 1+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Familiarity with common ticketing and service desk applications, such as Jira and ServiceNow, as well as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Teams
Security clearance level: NACI
US citizenship required
Must be able to work from Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland
