Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Title and Summary</b></p><h3></h3><p></p>Senior Physical Security Administrator<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Overview<br> Physical security and compliance security officer, maintains and monitors physical security policies, standards, and best practices<br> Abides by Security guidelines relative to armed security standards to provide safety and security of staff and assets<br> Assists employees and guests<br><br>Responsibilities<br> Interaction with employees and guests, provide direction on security policy and visitor directions as needed<br> Operational use of security systems<br> Compliance with security operating guidelines<br> Coordinates/Dispatches emergency responses to all security events<br> Ensures proper escalation of any security related issues<br> Resolves complex customer service issues<br> Monitors response to access control, fire detection and CCTV systems<br> Building Patrols and mobile patrols as required<br> Grants ID badges to staff as needed<br> Initiates Incident Report investigations and provides detailed reports<br> Respond to emergency dispatch, response and mitigation relative to security, fire or EMS response<br><br>Experiences/Requirements<br> Minimum of one year of service as an Active or retired law enforcement officer, corrections officer or military service member.<br> Minimum of 1 year as an armed security officer in good standing and an Associate degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice.<br> Active Drivers license<br> Physically fit enough to walk building patrols<br> Minimum High School graduate or Equivalent<br> Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in law enforcement, adult corrections, firefighting or emergency medical field.<br> Represents MasterCard while interacting with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement liaison at State and Local levels<br> Strong Customer Service Skills<br> Formal and ongoing Security Training<br> Complex problem solving<br><br>MUST HAVE: NYS Armed License, NYS Pistol Permit.<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
