We will consider candidates to work out of our office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This position will support the development of Financial Reporting & Analytics budget and provide strategy support to senior leadership.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage budget for Financial Reporting & Analytics organization</p></li><li><p>Partner with team members to understand reporting needs, define metrics/KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and data models; implement data quality checks and governance standards.</p></li><li><p>Perform analyses (variance, forecasting, scenario planning) and deliver actionable insights that inform team decisions.</p></li><li><p>Create and deliver executive-level presentations and reports; craft clear data stories for leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with IT/Data Platform teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and security; advocate for data quality improvements.</p></li><li><p>Manage project workstreams within a team context: scoping, timelines, prioritization, risk awareness, and stakeholder communications; ensure on-time delivery.</p></li><li><p>Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommended actions in a concise, business-friendly manner.</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</p></li><li><p>3–6 years of experience in reporting/analytics; demonstrated collaboration within cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical audiences.</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinker with attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.</p></li><li><p>Experience with forecasting, budgeting, or financial analysis is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security considerations.</p></li><li><p>Solid project coordination skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities within a team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
